Himalayan Curry:(vegan) (Dine like a Sherpa and take a hike) Sherpa’s favorite curry sauce cooked with szechwan pepper, tomatoes, onions, sweet peas, potatoes and Tibetan herbs.
Lhasa Curry: Specially mixed flavors of Tibetan spices and herbs cooked with creamy tomato sauce.
Jaipur Curry: Freshly ground Indian spices cooked in mild creamy sauce with onions, bell peppers, garlic, freshly chopped ginger, and cashew nuts.
Goa Curry:(vegan) Coconut milk sauce simmered with fresh curry leaves, onions and cilantro.
Spicy Vindaloo Curry:(vegan) Zesty curry cooked in a tangy sauce of vinegar, potatoes, ginger and freshly ground Indian spices.
